Typically, we fill parts orders within 2-3 days. Some harder to find parts may take a bit longer.

Most system orders are completed and shipped within 5-7 days. 72 hours of this time period is spent “stress testing” each system. This testing allows us to eliminate most hardware failures and system problems before the systems ever leave our facility.

I’ve noticed your systems are a bit more expensive than what I have seen advertised elsewhere. Why is this?

Bolen promotes current technology based around quality hardware proven to work well together.Additionally, we provide CSA certification on our systems for a standard second to none. While we could reduce pricing by using dated hardware or hardware of lower quality we do not believe this to be in the best interest of our customers. Our philosophy is that if you spend a little more today not only will you have a more reliable, stable and powerful system right out of the box but you will also own a system that will last you longer. The old adage of “you get what you pay for” is something we firmly believe in..

Our in-shop service rate is billed in half hour increments, after the first hour. Our on-site service rates (within our service territory) are $95.00 per hour

Yes. Bolen is a sourcing company. We have access to well over 100000 computer related products. If you don’t see what you are looking for, contact our sales department and they will be happy to try and help you find and price the part(s) of interest to you.

Do you carry systems from brand name companies?

Yes. Bolen is authorized to sell Desktop Systems, Servers, Notebooks and Tablets from Hewlett Packard, IBM, Lenovo, Toshiba, LG Electronics, Acer, Fujitsu and more.

Yes we are more than happy to service non Bolen PC's (sorry no mac's) outside of their manufacturers warranty.
