Typically, we fill parts orders within 2-3 days. Some harder to find parts may take a bit longer.
How long does it take to receive my system order? Back to topMost system orders are completed and shipped within 5-7 days. 72 hours of this time period is spent “stress testing” each system. This testing allows us to eliminate most hardware failures and system problems before the systems ever leave our facility.

Back to topBolen promotes current technology based around quality hardware proven to work well together.Additionally, we provide CSA certification on our systems for a standard second to none. While we could reduce pricing by using dated hardware or hardware of lower quality we do not believe this to be in the best interest of our customers. Our philosophy is that if you spend a little more today not only will you have a more reliable, stable and powerful system right out of the box but you will also own a system that will last you longer. The old adage of “you get what you pay for” is something we firmly believe in..
What are your service rates? Back to topOur in shop service rate is $60.00 per hour billed in half hour increments. Our on-site service rates (within our service territory) are $90.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum and billed in half hour increments in any time over the first hour.

If you don’t see what you are looking for, contact our sales department and they will be happy to try and help you find and price the part(s) of interest to you.
